Purpose:
Our client, a leader in the automotive customer service industry is looking to hire new customer service representatives for their call center in Des Plaines.

These CSR's will be taking a variety of customer service calls in relation to the automotive industry. However, automotive experience is not required. These reps are taking around 50+ calls during the day. They will be on a set 8 hr full time shift but must have the flexibility to work between 7am and 7pm M-F. This is a direct placement opportunity paying 28K so we are looking for people who will be in this role for a while and have the ability to grow within the company.
