4 Street Team Crewmembers and 1 Market Manager Needed - ASAP
Job Summary:
Marketing Werks, a PROMO 100 Experiential Marketing agency, is on the lookout for dynamic, energetic, and hardworking people to work hard and have fun as a brand ambassador for one of America’s leading wireless providers. Crewmembers will attend LSU football and potentially some events in New Orleans, to show off the ultimate wireless experience, while showcasing the latest wireless products and services in fun and innovative ways.
Schedule to date includes, dates could be added:
•9/9 LSU vs. Arizona, Baton Rouge
•9/15 First Friday at Loyola, New Orleans
•9/23 LSU vs. Tulane, Baton Rouge
•10/14 LSU vs. Kentucky, Baton Rouge
•10/21 LSU vs. Fresno, Baton Rouge
•11/11 LSU vs. Alabama, Baton Rouge
•11/18 LSU vs. Ole Miss, Baton Rouge
Compensation:
•all team members, including manager are paid $17 per hour
•manager receives an additional $30 per event
•all team members also receive a free cell phone to use for the duration of the promotion

REQUIREMENTS
Crew (4):
•Well polished representative who will bring all the elements of the job together
•Must be able to connect with consumers about products and services, draw consumers to an event site, and engage a crowd
•Must be outgoing, organized, professional, committed, good spirited, great at one-on-one dialogue, willing to work hard, able to channel energy and excitement to consumers, and have good communication skills
•Must be able to create a buzz and read a crowd
•Must be flexible and adapt well to challenging situations
•Interaction with consumers to demonstrate wireless services
•General maintenance of event site (set-up, tear-down, onsite upkeep during event, etc.)
•Equipment maintenance (phones, cameras, etc.)
Market Manager (1):
•Possess all crew qualities listed above
•Manage a team of four and streamline communication
•Be on time and detailed with reporting back to account coordinator at Marketing Werks
•Work well under pressure
•Be able to work all events
•Reporting of all events (online written reports, as well as photos)
•Tracking giveaways
