25 Call Center Representatives Needed

This is an inbound call center position and calls will center around mortgage inquiries. The hours are 11am-8:00pm Monday through Friday. Training will be held for a 3 week period commencing on 10/9/2006. Training will consist of the basics of mortgage information along with customer service information. Candidates must have sound customer service skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to type and talk at the same time. The call center receives 4-5,000 calls/day. The duration of this assignment will be an estimated 4 months.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma. 1+ years telephone customer service experience. Must have basic Word and Excel computer knowledge. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
