2 FT Meat Team Member

Provide our customers with outstanding customer service. Answer questions and knowledgeably communicate product line to the customer. Assist in stocking product at all deliveries. Maintain sampling program. Perform as directed all mid, and closing shift duties. Read, and stay informed on all regional and team memos. Attend product trainings and monthly meetings. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs, and maintain temp logs and grind logs. Assist with resets, or any other task necessary to fulfill the job requirements. Work very clean.
REQUIREMENTS
Flexible schedule and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. A desire to learn and grow in the Meat team. Ability to work independently and ability to work taking direction. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency. Understanding of the importance of working as a team. Ability to communicate with customers, Team Members and leadership. Good organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize Able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted Able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time. Ability to work in extreme temperatures and in a damp work environment.
