Three Springs is currently hiring for Counselors at two of our local programs. We have a boys program located in Madison, AL and a girls program in Owen's Crossroads, AL that are hiring. Three Springs has been in operation since 1985 and now operates 25 programs throughout the USA. We operate residential treatment programs for adolescents with behavioral and emotional difficulties. Counselors are responsible for the supervision of the adolescents in our care and are role models for the youth. This is an entry-level direct care position.

Hours:We operate 3 shifts, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED but a Bachelor's degree in the social service field is preferred. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license, clean drug screen and police background check.
