MWCC offers a wide spectrum of weight management options including prescription appetite suppressant medications in addition to clinically proven meal replacements. The MWCC Program also teaches people how to lose weight and keep it off for life.

The counselor is the principle interface with patients and works within the medical weight loss protocol. As a result, the way this service is performed will determine whether or not the patient believes in and completes the program. The Counselor’s responsibilities are: (1) provides the patient world class personal service, (2) communicates regularly with patient setting weekly W/L goals, (3) ensures program compliance and medical food/supplement orders, (4) reinforces/resells program benefits and features while always linking them with customer needs, (5) teaches the patient the diet program, (6) maintains the patient chart/record, (7) prepares required reports and performs administrative duties, (8) schedules follow-up appointments.
REQUIREMENTS
Since the Counselor is the principle interface with the patient they must understand and provide World Class Patient Service, recognize that the Counselor is the Front Line Company Representative, be able to Define the Way in which Daily Actions will Delight the Patient, educates Patients in the Science of Weight Loss, principle Patient Motivator, maintains weekly communication with Patient, sets Weekly Appointments and conducts follow-ups for missed Appointments, manages Patient Referral Program, manages Patient Compliance, helps Patients develop Personalized Menus, ensures Patient orders and uses Medical Foods & Supplements IAW program requirements, updates Patient Charts, assists with inventory and reports.
