Website Consultant Client Service Associate

DESCRIPTION:
Rapidly growing Online Technology and Marketing firm looking a talented Client Service Associates. Responsibilities include marketing and product support. Including customer training, product orientations, trouble shooting, website consulting and implementation, supply chain management, and facilitating product utilization.



Ideal candidate will have experience with customer management systems (Sales Force a plus), have a background in the retail industry, eCommerce, search engine optimization, copy writing and web page creation including HTML and graphics.



Background in pharmaceutical and/or practitioner industries a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.



Must be highly motivated, self starter and able to work with minimal supervision.



Need to be detailed oriented, analytical, with strong verbal and documentation skills.



Excellent phone skills are a must!
