Job Description
The program is based on the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, which was developed from over 15 years of clinical research trials (www.mstservices.com). Leadership training and opportunities for advancement widely available. We offer the opportunity to change the lives of children and families.
Primary Responsibilities

Provides counseling and case management to children and their families in the home
Low caseload of only 4-5 families with 3-5 month length of treatment
Interventions focus on the family, school, peers, and the community.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications

Master's degree in a mental health field required
Experience working with troubled children and families preferred
