Vice President Services

The VP of Services will plan and direct all aspects of HEALTHvision’s customer service objectives and initiatives. Oversee the management of client transition process through project managers, implementation consultants and technical consultants. Evaluate existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design and recommend, and implement system changes. Direct the work of others and work with end user groups to evaluate and solve technical problems. Ensure data load and initial client service assignment on a timely basis. The VP of Services should possess a strong background in health information management and healthcare technology as well as experience in working with healthcare providers. Applicants must also be driven, energetic and friendly and have excellent communication skills. Should be an effective, results oriented decision maker capable of implementing vigorous operational processes to make best use of resources.Will also establish and monitor appropriate metrics of service performance and customer satisfaction and drive the organization in continuous improvement.No fees will be paid.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Solid managerial skills with strong organizational capabilities
At least 15 years experience
Candidate must be very detail-oriented
