This territory is located in Hartford, CT with travel in that region required.
Develop and implement integrated business relationships with veterinarians, key clinics and hospitals, Distributor reps and District Managers, clinics and other NPPC Vet departments. Secure product recommendations and achieve revenue objectives. Manage sales materials and inventory. Expand new distribution on PVD, Pro Plan and litter products. Develop and implement training programs on nutrition and new products for hospitals, clinics and distributor reps. Maintain account information and reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with background in science (animal or food) preferred. DVM or 2 years technical experience desired. 2-5 years related experience, or equivalent, desired. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and revenue targets. Skills required: results-focused, time management, problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and goal-achievement; along with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills. A personal automobile is required to manage an assigned territory, and overnight travel is required.
