We understand how to develop value conclusions under GAAP, tax, and regulatory rules that allow companies to understand the value of an entity, asset, or liability so they can make informed business and investment decisions. We help clients to properly quantify and articulate value for taxation, transaction, financing, litigation, and strategic management purposes. Key services include: Business & Intangible Valuation, Cost Segregation, Machinery & Equipment Valuation, Construction Advisory, Real Estate Financial Advisory, Leasing, and Dispute Resolution Support.
We are currently
looking for a Senior Associate to join our Lease Consulting practice in Atlanta and DC. Job responsibilities include providing consultative services in the real estate industry to both Landlord and large corporate tenants. Landlord client projects include: Due Diligence, CAM analysis, lease abstraction and lease administration. Corporate client projects include: Lease Audits, lease abstraction, lease administration and cost reduction projects. - Minimum 4 - 8 years experience in real estate accounting or property operations or property management
- Demonstrated ability to structure and perform financial consulting projects, manage client expectations and relationships, and participate in client presentations
- Ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective
- Must possess exceptional leadership/supervision skills
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in professional
services firm preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate degree is required
- Previous experience with commercial leases and valuation models using Argus a plus
