TO STAY INFORMED OF CURRENT INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS.•ADVISES CLIENTS OF INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS VISAS, PASSPORTS, IMMUNIZATIONS, ETC.•ADHERES TO COMPANY STANDARDS IN DELIVERING CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDING TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE, AND FOLLOWS PRESCRIBED CUSTOMER SERVICE ESCALATION PROCEDURES
