Unemployment Insurance Consultant

Purpose:
A leading human resources company in the central St. Louis area is actively looking for unemployment insurance consultant. If you are looking for an exciting and great opportunity, then this is the job for you!

On a day to day basis, representatives will take inbound calls from clients and people regarding unemployment claims. The primary responsibility will be working with claims and determining if unemployment is to be issued to the filing party. This position will investigate and make decisions based on information submitted from both parties.

To be qualified for this position, applicants must have three years of call center experience and an associates degree. Applicants must also have excellent computer skills and must be professional.
