US Recruiting Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative who will provide value-added solutions to serve as a resource for our Hill & Knowlton hiring teams and clients.

The incumbent will work collaboratively with our local office HR team to execute all aspects of the staffing and hiring processes and will also provide strategic guidance and consultation to senior management and hiring managers regarding pipeline development.

Primary responsibilities for this position will include:
•Oversee and support life-cyle of recruiting process across US offices for experienced and campus level candidates, including sourcing and tracking, screening, responding to job inquiries, scheduling interviews, and reporting
•Maintain current and active pipeline of qualified candidates throughout US
•Manage regular HR Reporting and updates including monthly recruiting statistics, Applicant tracking & EEO data
•Establish relationships with campus placement office directors and initiate targeted campus activities to promote firm at selected colleges/universities
•Oversee and support execution of internship program activities across US offices
•Work closely with US HR Director to coordinate responses to salary survey requests & related vendor management
•Keep firm internet & intranet career site current with job postings
•Participate in job fairs, recruiting and/or industry conferences as assigned

•Ability to work collaboratively within US HR team & with across all levels of employees in the firm
•Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships internally & externally
•Excellent people and project management skills
•Ability to stay current with movement of people in the public relations industry
•Self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to leverage knowledge of market and industry to generate creative solutions to attract talent to Hill & Knowlton

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should also have:
•2-3 years of recruiting experience in hiring and sourcing experienced hires is a must.
•College degree required
•Experience within the public relations or professional services industry preferred.
•Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to present in front of large groups
•Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
