Travel and Expense Clerk - Entry Level

1.) Temporary, Part-time position working an average of 20-25 hours(in 4-5 days) per week beginning November 1, 2006.
2.) Position is expected to last through the summer of 2007.
3.) Position will be located in Alton, IL until we relocate to our new facility in Creve Coeur, December 2006. - Sort, scan, and file expense reports

Maintain files and prepare for storage

Track and log boxes sent to storage

Post cash receipts

Basic Travel and Expense auditing

Additional clerical duties as assigned - High school diploma or equivalent

0-2 yrs. experience
