Travel & Meeting Services Manager

We are seeking an outgoing and self directed individual to take our corporate travel and meeting services to the next level. The primary focus for this role will be overseeing Promega’s travel program; coordinating large and international events; as well as managing internal staff and outside vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates for this position possess:
3 to 5 years Management experience
Undergraduate in related field
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the travel industry
Ability to stay on top of current and future industry trends
Significant experience in planning for global travel and large scale meetings
Excellent organizational & communication abilities

Preferred candidates will have project management abilities and a background in public relations or marketing is a plus. This position will include occasional off hours work.
