This position is responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and revenues for the travel desk through the selling of optional tour products.Job RequirementsThis position requires 1 year proven sales experience and exceptional customer service skills. A minimum of 2 years of college coursework is also required. An emphasis on travel and tourism is a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills, a strong knowledge of Hawaiian geography and familiarity with Hawaiian tours and activities. The ability to perform under pressure, coupled with the ability to work flexible shifts including working weekends and holidays as this is a seven day operation is necessary.Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
