Travel Coordinator

ColomerUSA, Inc., a full-service manufacturer of quality salon products with brands that include: American Crew, Creative Nail Design, Framesi, Revlon Realistic, and African Pride, is seeking a Travel Coordinator for its Jacksonville, FL location.

Summary:
The Travel Coordinator position requires detailed knowledge of flight department procedures, a familiarity with PC Res, TRAMS Accounting, IAR reconciliation and CRS functionality (Sabre is required). Must be detail oriented and able to multi task as well as provide above and beyond service. This position also requires a demonstrated ability to self-motivate, creatively resolve problems, and to follow projects though completion.

Functional Responsibility:
* Clarifies travel preferences by determining travel dates and destination, mode of transportation, and finances by working within the companies corporate travel guidelines.
* Schedules itinerary by identifying, booking, and confirming route, carriers, lodging, and dining; verifying space and rates; issuing tickets.
* Completes foreign travel requirements by obtaining visa, permit, advise medical regulations, and travel advisories.
* Prepares travel packet by assembling itinerary, maps, tickets, confirmations, visas and related documents, baggage tags, emergency resources, insurance options, etc.
* Obtains refunds and adjustments by completing claim forms.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Meeting planning experience required.
* TRAMS Accounting System and IAR Preparation/Processing preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years Sabre / GDS experience. Travel Logistics, Microsoft Word and Excel, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Initiative, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Planning, Teamwork
