Transportation Highway/Roadway Design Engineers

Several positions open for EIT's and PE's that have local area experience in Transportation planning and schematic design.
A variety of projects with technical ability to perform drainage design, developing horizontal & vertical alignments, design traffic control plans, cross section development, as well as and preparing plans, spec's & estimates (PS&E).
Coordination with team members to meet project schedules and budgets. Responsible to meet and exceed clients expectations - problem solving in providing high quality engineering services for long term business retention.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a BS and/or MS of Civil Engineering from an accredited university. EIT or PE (Texas) certification.
Must have local transportation design experience (TxDOT) with Microstation and GEOPAK. Schematic and PSE development, as well as Geometric design. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal). NOTE: Must be a US CITIZEN and have hands on professional experience within the State of Texas. Preferred: Knowledge with H & H design & analysis. Familiarity with any software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Raster Manager, and/or SureTrak. Strong PM skills. Any business development/marketing skills a huge plus.
