Trainer

You will be responsible for delivering the following training workshops throughout the year (please see our website for full course outlines):

* Improving Your Communication Skills
* Facilitation Skills
* Delivering Powerful Presentations
* Time Management and Organizing Skills
* Introductory Project Management
* Exceptional Administration Skills

The contract is part-time, approximately 150 training days per year (3 days/week on average).

We offer compensation based on an equivalent full-time annual salary of $175,000/yr (base of $100,000 + classroom performance bonus) for the ideal candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
* Bachelor's degree
* Proven ability to deliver dynamic workshops (or presentations)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Your own notebook computer
* Willingness to travel within North America (approx. 5% of the time)

PREFERED ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EDUCATION
* Experience working in (or with) the Government
* Project management experience
* Project management designation (PMP)
* Bilingual: English & Spanish
