Tour Consultant

As Shipping Manager for EF Foundation for Foreign Study, your job responsibilities include: posting outgoing and sorting incoming mail, making information packets for staff to send out and the stuffing of occasional mailings. You will manage the inventory control of brochures, envelopes, EF Line and other printed material. You will fill material requests for field staff as well as ordering customized flyers & business card ordering.

You will gain knowledge of cost, speed and reliability of mailing options including Post Office and Fed Ex and you will use that knowledge to help staff decide best method of sending out mail as well as planning larger mailings. The organization & inventory management of archive storage room will be your responsibility.
