Total Circuit Management (TCM) Project Coordinator/Manager

Stable, 33 year old industry leader has an immediate need for a Total Circuit Management (TCM) Project Coordinator/ Manager.



Position Summary and Mission: To assist TCM project managers in the project life cycle for all TCM projects from project initiation to project close including ; customer audits and database reconciliation, project relocations, client notifications, and status reports.



Responsibilities:



1. Provide support to Total Circuit Management project managers.



2. Understand and take direction from the Total Circuit Management project manager to achieve project goals.



3. Work with the Project Manager to formulate a project plan and aid in all efforts of the project life cycle from initiation to close.



4. Perform necessary data gathering. Assist with verifying all customer project data with a minimum of two sources and to a 98% degree of accuracy.



5. Schedule and facilitate meetings as needed to gather data and review necessary project tasks and record meeting minutes.



6. Prioritize work effectively to ensure all project deliverables are delivered in timely, high-quality manner



7. Proactively identify and escalate issues / conflicts to ensure issues are resolved as early as possible and the project is successfully completed.



8. Work in a team environment; sharing responsibilities, communicating and coordinating with project management team, and supporting fellow team members as needed.



9. Prepare necessary status reports / updates to keep management and team apprised of results and status and enable project to move forward in an efficient, effective manner.



10. Ensure high level of client satisfaction and make sure timely responses are consistently provided.



11. Build and maintain a good understanding of current operations, technologies, and business strategies in order to help identify innovative business solutions and enhancements.



Qualifications:



College Degree preferred, with a minimum of 2 years business analyst/project management experience in the Financial Services or Telecommunications industry. Knowledge of turret/trading systems is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, with Access a plus. Able to travel.
