Job description:
Star Technical, Inc. is looking to hire incredibly talented Java Developers or Architects directly on a Full Time fully salaried basis. Employees will act as an internal consultant working on site at our client*s locations. We have several Fortune 100 clients that we work with local to the Greater Seattle Area.
We are looking for the *Best of the Best!* We offer great pay and benefits, along with relocation assistance for non local candidates. Work Status/Visa is not an issue. Star Technical, Inc. will transfer visas.
Candidates should have at least 7+ years of development experience and should have excellent communication. Candidates should also be prepared to participate in more than one technical interview if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
* Successful candidates will have the following core skills: Java, JDK, Javascript, STRUTS, JSP, Servlet, EJB, Java IDEs, XML
* Experience performing Java and J2EE server-side development and experience with one of the following application servers (BEA Web Logic, WebSphere, Tomcat, Oracle, Sun ONE),
* Experience with one or more major COTS development frameworks or application packages, including Web Methods, TIBCO, Vitria, Peoplesoft, SAP and Oracle, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing technologies
* Experience with object-oriented analysis and design, UML and the uses of various UML diagram types, especially class diagrams and sequence diagrams
* Understanding of Web Services architecture and design and service oriented architecture (SOA)-based enterprise applications.
* Knowledge of advanced security technologies and concepts, including user provisioning, directory services, RBAC, PKI, SAML, or digital certificates a plus.
* Strong interpersonal presentation and communication skills
* Ability to understand the "big picture" and to identify and resolve key issues
* Extensive hands on application development expertise with the entire J2EE Suite is an absolute must.
