Telesales Timeshare Consultant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
•Book web-presentation appointments via inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
•Conduct web-presentations as trained and scheduled.
•Achieves personal and departmental sales objectives as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year.
•Ensure that contracts and associated documents are properly executed.
•Review owner documents and associated collateral with new purchases.
•Assists in ensuring that all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner.
•Participate in ongoing sales training and team collaboration efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
•Minimal sales experience is encouraged. Experience with points-based timeshare product and working with owners is a plus.
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Computer skills - typing, utilizing lead management software, web-conferencing.
•Must have reliable transportation.
•Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
•Strong oral and telephone communication skills
•Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
•High School Diploma, GED equivalent.
•Prior sales experience
•Bilingual encouraged but not required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS•Active Florida Real Estate License
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS•Flexible rotating 40-hour schedule including A.M. and P.M. work shifts Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., or “as needed” to accomplish special periodic scheduling needs. Typical schedule is five days on, two days off.
