Technical Support Specialist, Major Market Services

Serving as the primary contact for clients regarding technical issues.

Conducting software installations at client locations.

Maintaining branch network and bulletin board systems.

Making client calls and providing additional product training as needed.

Supporting sales representatives in pre-sales efforts, as needed.

Keeping abreast of system and software changes as well as and trends in the PC industry. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of two years of related experience in a technical environment is required. Must have a proven track record of customer service skills. Candidate must be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
