Technical Support Specialist

In this position you will be providing technical and billing assistance to Internet, phone and voicemail customers involving troubleshooting issues by phone and escalating serious problems. Checking for outages, initiating service changes, documenting your efforts and suggesting upgrades are all key aspects of this position.

Requires a high school education (or the equivalent) and 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment. Proficiency with Mac and/or Windows systems, Internet and email applications are essential. Strong communication and problem solving skills are also important. Help Desk background a plus.
