Technical Support Analyst

You should have a demonstrated ability to learn software and a desire to troubleshoot issues in a collaborative, professional relationship with other OnBase professionals. REQUIREMENTS
Strong computer knowledge and technical skills are required. Good analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and customer services skills. Previous customer service experience should indicate a commitment to excellence.
