Technical Services Consultant II

Provide technical support (software) for all versions of ADP's product offerings including any or all of the following: Payforce, PCPW, Adjustmate, the iProduct Suite, and other products as assigned by regional management. Perform troubleshooting across a wide range of environments and operating systems. Maintain call/case log information through ADP CRM systems and utilize other databases and resources as needed. This position may require some travel.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Management Information System preferred or equivalent in education/experience. Minimum 3 years experience in ADP product support, or equivalent ADP/external business experience. Autopay knowledge strongly desired. Self-starter with proven technical aptitude and ability to learn. Excellent client services skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
