Hay Insight currently has a need for a Technical Services Analyst in its Jersey City, NJ office.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Support client projects through analyzing, processing and running statistical analyses on high volume survey data, using frequencies, cross-tabulations and regressions in SPSS, Access, Excel and proprietary software programs.
2. Manipulate and merge data files of numerous formats including comma delimited, fixed column ASCII, Access, and SPSS from multiple sources and vendors.
3. Program and develop interactive Excel reporting tool templates to provide detail-oriented reports based on client data, including the design of external client deliverables using VBA for interactive report functionality.
4. Design and program client deliverables using advanced applications to support interactive report functionality and client requests/needs.

REQUIREMENTS
Position Qualifications
1.3+ years of relevant experience in a business environment.
2.Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3.Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, Access, SPSS, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL.
