Hello from Volt Technical Resources!
We are looking for Technical Recruiters that would like to prove their skills with the largest of the Software Development Companies. This Redmond based company is in need of Recruiters that can find the best and the brightest to help them move their company into the future. They have multiple positions for Recruiters that will be finding candidates for Operating Systems development and for developing the next generation of games and more. They are looking for smart, self-driven Recruiters that can accomplish the following:
Developing overall recruiting strategies and be responsible for the process of generating candidates including: sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews and brainstorming with other Recruiters as a consultant to establish strategies for their specific positions.
These Recruiters may also be responsible for account management and could recruit for more senior level positions.
As a Recruiter you will be interviewing the applicants and submitting their qualifications for review to the appropriate department Supervisor. You will work with hiring Managers to prepare offers to candidates and negotiate various aspects of the offer with candidates.
Part of being a great Recruiter with this company includes effective follow up of reference checks, new hire paperwork and orientation or rejection letters, entering candidate information in to an applicant tracking system and may be responsible for gathering appropriate data for EEO purposes.

Required skills for these top notch Recruiters must include the following:
Solid recruiting experience is required - Recruiters with a solid understanding of information technology will have an advantage.
Candidates with senior level account management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication/interpersonal skills, including excellent organization, interviewing, presentation, negotiation and closing skills are mandatory for the best of the best in recruiting for this company.
Your ability to know the best places and people to network with in the industry will greatly increase your chances of working here!
You must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
Plus:
Experience with MS products is preferred.
Ability to coach people and push back with conviction.
Work independently.
