Due to our client’s tremendous growth in the Dedham/Boston marketplace, they need strong talented players to manage and direct their growth. In order to build upon their footprint and build out the infrastructure necessary to cultivate demand, our client is looking to add both a Sales Executive and a Technical Recruiter to their team. Below are both job descriptions.
JOB DESCRIPTION A SALES EXECUTIVE:
•Develop and maintain local accounts
•Define companies to target, forecast semi-annual projections, and respond to bids and proposals
•You will be responsible for utilizing a hunters mentality to break large, Fortune 100 accounts in multiple verticals
•You will use your proven sales and IT Staffing background to closely manage and identify consulting services needs throughout the local marketplace
•Target and develop clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources and the internet
•Using a consultative approach, you will meet with clients to evaluate their technical needs, recommend and provide consulting solutions
•Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals
JOB DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL RECRUITER:
• You will use your proven recruiting background to identify key talent and manage the recruiting process; source candidates through existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns, and traditional headhunting tactics
• Manage the Internet-based recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs
• Meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences
• Contact peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs
• Consistent participation in networking organizations and events is required.
• Using a consultative approach, you will make recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements, manage the expanding consultant base, and provide consistent support and direction to clients and candidates.
• You will strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals and provide back-up support to teammates as needed, such as direct client interaction to qualify requirements or attend initial client meetings with consultants.
• Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES EXECUTIVE:
•Four plus years of staffing industry experience; preferably IT staffing for the finanical services sector
•One must be able to demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts and possess a strong work ethic
•You must also demonstrate the ability to manage and grow large Fortune 500 accounts. This requires experience in maintaining and strengthening executive level relationships within these accounts
•Proven track record of sales/business development experience combined with technology industry experience
•Ability to sell senior level consulting services to clients and develop business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, and client visits, etc.
•Manage a target list of companies and maintain relationships while managing engagements throughout project duration and ensure client expectations are met
•Work well in a team environment with strong ability to generate client engagement opportunities and achieve individual business growth goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER:
• Three+ Years of recruiting experience in a performance driven environment
• The ability to focus on activities which will result in revenue generation
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Goal oriented recruiter with a proven track record of success
• Ability to build and cultivate strong professional relationships
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple assignments simultaneously
• Adaptability to an environment where compensation fluctuates from month to month
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills are a must

Both positions offer attractive earnings potential including a base salary plus monthly commissions.
