Recovery Spec I (PC/LAN)

Responsibilities : SHIFT (Primarily MON-FRI: 8am-5pm)

• Provide first level technical support during problem determination and resolution.
• Interfaces directly with customer to provide operational support during testing or a disaster.
• Review test plan documents and set up required system resources prior to start of subscriber’s test.
• Review subscriber’s prior test history to anticipate issues, and prevent the recurrence of previous problems.
• Create and maintain written status reports during subscriber testing activities.
• Conduct pre-testing and Professional Services activities as required.
• Assist with equipment acceptance, testing, installation/relocation.
• Assist in developing procedures as needed.
• Participate in subscriber conference calls and workshops.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Work in a dynamic team environment, and provide support to other team members as needed.
• Provide on Operations perspective on new deals, work with Sales and Sales Support as necessary, and provide facility tours as necessary.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
• Travel may be required at times
