Youth Villages is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping children and families live successfully. Founded in the 1980s, Youth Villages has grown from caring for 24 children annually to serving 2000 children each year. Programs include residential treatment, home-based counseling, an alternative school, community-based services, an emergency shelter for homeless and runaway teens, prevention services and a new program to support young adults in the transition from state custody to successful adulthood. REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in mental health field (psychology, social work or counseling)preferred, and at least 1 year of experience working with children.
