TACTICAL COMMUNCATIONS SPECIALIST
San Ramon, California

Need someone tactical, to do the actual writing/editing/developing. Not looking for
someone to manage the writing. Not technical writing. Candidate MUST have High
Energy.

Need of a contractor specializing in internal communications and/or employee communications.


Primary Responsibilities: Assessing the audience, determining the high
level message themes, selecting the media, and assessing the success of the communication program. The individual must take a communications plan which describes the audience characteristics, due dates, high level messages
required, and the available media and generate interesting copy and presentation formats on short notice.

Accountable for "look and feel" of project. Executive communication to employees, high-level executive presentations coordination of global town hall events. Must be able to communicate to non-technical personnel. Not afraid to lead and take ownership of a project.

Audience analysis, identify and come up with a strategy for marketing and advertising
deliverables. Come up with strategic public relations and strategic marketing planning.


Graphic design, able to take something verbal and turn it into conceptual pictures, and
maintain brand standards. Design graphics for data presentations (tables, graphs, and charts), marketing materials, as well as newsletters. Must be eager, energetic, and strong in PowerPoint. Also strong writing skills, interviewing skills, verbal skills, editing
skills, and leadership skills.
