TRAINING ASSOCIATE

Major Biotech with a location in Cambridge MA is seeking a Consulting Training Associate for a one year contract.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.

Description:
This individual will provide customer support to Medical Research employees in the Cambridge and San Diego offices for Medical Research training and quality programs. They will interact with the Corporate Drug Compliance and Corporate Training departments, as needed to represent and support Medical Research training and quality initiatives. This individual will use a variety of systems to perform their responsibilities, eg, eDocS, ISOtrain, ISOtrain Online, TrainCaster.

Requirements:
AA degree or equivalent. BS Degree is preferred but not required. Experience in Training. Strong Computer Skills and Database use. Pharmaceutical Industry experience. High level of customer service. "ISOtrain (or other similar system)/database experience preferred. Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience preferred

Core Responsibilities:
Generating reports from training tracking database (ISOtrain). Maintaining courses in training tracking database. Preparing training documentation, eg Training records, self-instruction materials, etc. Data entry of training records into training tracking database (ISOtrain), as needed. Processing new training course assessments and assignments. Adding/modifying training requirements in training tracking database (ISOtrain). Maintaining employee training files, and other training materials, as needed. Coordinating training sessions, as needed. Assisting with course registration process, as needed. Participating in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives, as needed. Assisting with development of department procedures, as needed
