Our Telesales Reps handle INBOUND SALES CALLS from direct mail advertising, mass media advertising and lead generation. There is NO COLD CALLING! Telesales Reps sell to the customers needs through the use of rapport building, probing for needs and recommending a complete package of multiple lines of service, rate plans, features, and accessories. Training starts on 10/16/2006.
