Systems Integration and Test Engineer

Job Area: Engineering - Hardware

Role: Digital board development including design, verification test, and integration. The role may also include subsystem and equipment integration.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Experience: Opportunities exist for an exceptional digital board design engineer to work on hardware development for new products.

The tasks may include design of new circuit cards and equipment, test plan design, hardware design verification, and lab test/debug and integration with embedded software and FPGAs.

This position requires the following skills:
Detailed knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and theory, circuit design, timing analysis, and signal integrity
Hands-on experience in digital board design, circuit card design verification, lab debug & hardware/software troubleshooting, and system integration
Ability to design boards and test strategies from high-level requirements
Low-level embedded microprocessor board design and debug experience

Qualifying candidates must be able to quickly assimilate multiple designs; apply integration and problem solving skills in the lab.
Must have excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, strong problem solving skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.

3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and testing digital boards is required.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
