Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working cooperatively in a team environment
Hands-on PC experience, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Access
Respect for a rigorous, multi-project production schedule
Familiarity with human resources activities, particularly in the area of compensation, is preferred

Position Overview
The Survey Manager is an integral part of a cross-functional Group within the Survey Operations department. Each Group has primary responsibility for a series of surveys and secondary responsibility to assist with other Department projects – whether other “mainline” surveys, Survey Consulting projects, or infrequent publications such as exhibit books. The incumbent will be involved in all phases of successful Survey Report publication, including:

Responsibilities
Ensuring that assigned survey products and/or product groups address client needs and contribute to the attainment of survey product improvement, client retention, and increase in survey participation goals.
Assisting in the annual survey design improvement process for assigned products and/or product groups.
Ensuring the timely delivery of all assigned Survey Products to Production according to their scheduled dates.
Establishing effective client service with WWDS clients through both proactive and reactive contact, identifying opportunities for new products and to promote higher participation/retention/sales rates as determined by the fiscal year business plan.
Ensuring adherence to established quality standards for data analysis and publication.
