A MH/HIV program in Center City Philadelphia has a exciting opportunity for a Supported Independent Living/HIV Counselor who has the ability to be creative, empathetic, enthusiastic and has a high energy level. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintain a caseload of several members
Visit consumers on case load weekly
Develop treatment plans and other documents
Monitor and discuss HIV meds and mental health medication with members
REQUIREMENTS
Associate Degree in human services plus four years experience in the HIV/MH field, or Bachelor's Degree with two years experience in the HIV/MH field. Must have a valid driver's license and local travel is required.
