Support Analyst/ Sales Information Agent

Work as part of a team in a call center environment for the Software Giant. With the new launch of software products, this team is constantly expanding and looking for energetic people who would like to learn more about the latest technology.

Provide sales and licensing information to strategic Company customers regarding all of the Software Giant's products and programs. Additional responsibilities include generating sales leads for the Sales team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:Act as a Sales and Licensing Agent delivering pre-sales product, program and licensing information via inbound phones in the Americas Customer Service call center. This job involves providing sales consultation to corporate customers and channel partners by delivering accurate and timely sales information, including product evaluations, licensing options, and purchasing information. Agents will resolve complex or difficult customer service issues and introduce Company products, solutions, or programs to effectively sell these opportunities. When appropriate, agents will also generate and forward leads for the outbound sales team.

Internal/External Relationships:
Individuals hired will work with their Team Manager to achieve results in core objectives, improve policies and procedures. Contributing to improved customer satisfaction for corporate customers and channel partners, and generating leads for the Sales team will be key areas of focus.

Requirements:



Required Skill Sets Needed:
Qualified candidates will have a college degree or related experience
1-3 years of related sales/support experience
Strong customer service skills
Product licensing knowledge
Strong written communication skills
Technical proficiency
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations
Knowledge of Microsoft products are required
Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
