This position will develop, manage, facilitate and evaluate selected knowledge communities involving members of VHA Upper Midwest.
Work closely with member staff, the VHAUM Knowledge Communities Team and other VHAUM staff to ensure project deliverables. Strategize with Director and Knowledge Transfer Specialist to launch supply chain collaboratives. Serve as project manager for and on-site coach where applicable for Board directed projects for member networks. Develop measurement mechanisms to track performance and quantify return on investment for projects and strategies commissioned by the Knowledge Communities, Steering committee collaboratives, and member networks.
This position offices out of the Edina area.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

**CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE HEALTHCARE SUPPLY CHAIN CONTRACT NEGOTIATION EXPERIENCE**

Bachelor's Degree required, Masters or work toward Masters Degree preferred.
Five years prior work with hospitals on project management;
Experience working directly with hospital executives;
Knowledge of business evaluation metrics; knowledge of hospital financial reporting ( supply chain, general, labor productivity);
Extensive experience with group presentations; and
Experience in performance monitoring or evaluation of return on investment
