Job Description :
Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Supply Chain Management professionals help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. Supply Chain Planning professionals concentrate on developing and implementing integrated supply and demand planning strategies that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness and create synergies and collaboration across companies.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Assisting in industry, competitive and company analyses (strategic, financial, operational) as well as market research for benchmarking
• Assisting in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people, and technology
• Assisting in the development of to-be processes
• Assisting in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies
• Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training)
• Assisting in implementation activities related to new solutions

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Preferred knowledge of Supply Chain Assessment and Strategy and, ideally, exposure to/experience in the following skills: Business Model Development, Business Performance Management, Transformational Outsourcing, and M&A Integration, Supply Chain Planning Strategy, Supply/Demand Planning Systems (e.g., SAP – APO, i2, Manugistics), Collaboration, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment Planning, Production Planning and Scheduling, Master Scheduling, Service Parts Planning, Operating Model Development, Sales and Operations Planning
• Experience with modeling and optimization techniques - to support forecasting, network analysis and inventory analysis
• Experience on developing supply chain strategies - focus on business models (make to forecast vs. make to order), customer centric strategies, and new innovative positioning
• 3 + years of Supply Chain Planning experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 80% to 100% Travel Required
