4 POSITIONS OPEN 12 MONTH + CONTRACT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL DEVICE OR PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

The candidate in this position will provide support to the trial development projects by performing the following activities :

Gather software requirements from the customers and write requirements/project documents per software development methodology.
Review and analyze system requirements for testability.
Produce Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Summary Report and Requirements Traceability Matrix project deliverables.
Facilitate peer review meetings for each of the deliverables.
Obtain proper approvals on each of the deliverables.
Execute System test and other additional tests as needed.
Log and track system defects and follow up on problem resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidates must have excellent communication skills and experience working in an FDA regulated environment.

Job Duties:

Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in gathering business requirements and software testing. Work experience with FDA regulated industries such as Pharmaceutical or Medical industries strongly desired. Clinical information systems experience a plus, i.e. electronic data capture or clinical trial management systems.
*Experience with Siebel Life Sciences, Documentum, Oracle, Toad, Access database strongly preferred .
*Experience in facilitating business meetings to gather business requirements and working as a liaison between business and the IT team required.
*Strong experience in writing test plans, test cases and test reports.
*Strong experience in performing system, regression and Performance testing.
Possess excellent analytical skills in analyzing requirements for testability and test cases to requirements mapping.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexible priorities and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be able to work within a team and independently. Must have experience in entire software development lifecycle, from requirement definition through verification.
Experience in any of the following is also highly desirable: medical device development, software testing per FDA requirements, defect management and configuration management tools
