Our Life Sciences Consulting Practice serves nearly all of the world's largest and most prestigious pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.  We offer solutions to help clients address a wide range of issues affecting business growth for both established as well as early stage and emerging life sciences companies. A Manager with experience in consulting will manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify,
design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for Life Sciences client companies.   The manager level job description includes providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and recommendations of the engagement team in context of the total engagement.  Implements and oversees quality of deliverables and manages the team effectively to ensure exceptional performance and manages day-to-day client relationships.  Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.  Managers manage small engagements or components of large, complex engagements.As a Manager in Life Sciences Clinical Trials segment you must have
experience with a consulting firm, CRO organization or industry equivalent.
Industry domain knowledge and expertise in either
Pharmaceutical, biotech or medical
device industries is required.  Strongly prefer candidates with advanced business degrees.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the implementation of clinical trials and related
studies, including: health economic studies, market research, pricing and reimbursement
studies. Knowledge of FDA, HPB, and/ international regulatory requirements and ICH
guidelines required.
