Strategy Consultant 3

Wells Fargo Bank, Corporate Trust Services, Structured Products Group (SPG) is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill a Strategy Consultant III in the Columbia, MD office. This position will be directly responsible for the overall development, coordination, communication and follow-up relative to all phases and elements of Strategic Planning for SPG while working closely with the SVP, Structured Products and the rest of the senior management team. These Strategic Plans are used for communicating business status and plans to Wells Fargo Senior Management. Strategic Plans include, but are not limited to, all activities and elements that are a part of the annual Budget, Forecasts, and Strategic Planning processes. Individual will also be responsible for AFE requests to ensure that such are in order and make strong business sense within the context of the business’ strategic plans. Will coordinate with Finance peers that develop financials, business management peers that develop specific initiatives & action plans, work closely with Project Management personnel, and, over time, develop a small group of analysts as part of his / her team as well as personnel that are experts in presentation graphics. Individual will need to have a keen understanding of the business, develop detailed knowledge of major projects & initiatives, and be able to communicate in writing and verbally both the status and direction of all related elements of such plans as well as taking direction from the SPG senior management team back to the specific parties responsible for such elements where more detailed follow-up / direction is required.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Four year degree plus at least 8 years experience working in a corporate environment developing: a strong working knowledge of the capital markets; the ability to quickly understand and interpret financial statements; experience / schooling in strategic planning; excellent writing and speaking skills, an understanding of the development of complex business processes and new product launches, and skilled at making / developing presentations for executives of Fortune 500 companies.
* Preferred Skills:A Masters in Business Administration, or similar type of accreditation or experience.
