Strategic Communication Consultant, Senior

Key Role:Provide communications and outreach strategies to government clients. Develop and implement strategies based on organizational change management initiatives. Develop team leadership, facilitate diversity and culture change, and implement change initiatives.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with communications or management consulting

Experience with military public affairs

-Experience with government communication issues

-BA or BS degree



Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with public sector consulting a plus

Experience with external consulting a plus

-Ability to demonstrate leadership capabilities and to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment

BA or BS degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; MA, MS, or PhD degree a plus



Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
