Strategic Change - Management Consultants

BearingPoint's Strategy, Process and Transformation (SPT) practice provides strategy execution services to our clients - bridging the gap between strategy articulation and strategy implementation. Our practitioners partner with clients to facilitate transitions of new business strategies, processes, technologies, systems, and structures.We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing practice with a focus on the Strategic Change solution. Specifically, these individuals will play a change role in enterprise / global change programs as part of a larger project team providing Enterprise Transformation or Technology Enabled Transformation. In this position, the candidate will play a role in delivery of large complex change projects that may include:

Designing and conducting organizational readiness assessments

Developing change strategy & plans

Developing and executing communications strategy and plans

Developing and executing training strategy & plans

Aligning the leadership, organization, jobs, competencies, and performance management processesCandidates should meet the following criteria:

Develop credibility with people at all organizational levels

Proficient with MS Office products-Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Able and willing to travel extensively

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Exemplary facilitation, analytical and project management skills

Manage client expectationsRequired Strategic Change Criteria:

Four (4+) years experience developing Change Management, Communication, and Training Strategies and Plans for large / global organizations

Four (4+) years experience leading Change Management, Communications and Training strategy, planning and implementation in a large project environment

Four (4+) years knowledge of current industry Change Management methods and tools

Process modeling

Facilitation of requirements gathering or process design

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project

Solid understanding of a specific business area such as supply chain, sales & marketing, operations, finance, manufacturing, etc.
Senior Consultant level candidates must have a minimum of 4 years Strategic Change experience

Manager level candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of Strategic Change experience

Senior Manager level candidates must have a minimum of 10 years Strategic Change experience

Preferred experience with enterprise wide projects and enterprise system implementationsPrimary Locations:
