Staffing Specialist - Technical Recruiter

As a Staffing Specialist, supporting our Technical areas, you will be working in a centralized recruiting team, providing full life cycle recruitment to multiple business units including sourcing, screening and hiring of a variety of non-exempt and exempt technical positions.

Will provide counsel and assistance to aligned business units and hiring managers as well as negotiating terms of offer and managing pre-employment testing.

Assist in the day-to-day administration of policies, programs and training as it relates to employment, by providing consulting to our internal clients as well as to the greater Human Resources Department. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors' Degree is required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 4 to 6 years of Technical Recruiting experience, preferably in a large corporate setting. Must have experience and proven abilities in high volume staffing, hiring projects, and job fairs. Excellent PC skills including the use of recruiting / ATS software: (Taleo or similar, MS/Office, Outlook.) Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Completion of HR certification program (PHR or SPHR) is a plus.
