Staffing Manager

Due to growth in the Dallas – Forth Worth marketplace and due to the outstanding success of our existing teams, Accountants Inc. is looking for a Staffing Manager to join in our growth.


As a Staffing Manager, you will source, interview & assess business professionals, then match them with client companies while using your sales/service mentality to develop relationships that pave the way for future partnerships. We are looking for a person with confidence, a sense of urgency, accountability to their team, and outstanding time management skills. Future growth opportunities are limited only by the desire of the individual. This is a company on the move!

REQUIREMENTS
What would prepare you for success on our team:
At least two years of staffing for a team (sourcing, interviewing, hiring) in any professional environment (staffing industry, retail management, etc.)
A good grasp of sales techniques including listening, negotiation and persistence – retail, inside or outside sales a plus
Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy, communicative environment while setting and achieving aggressive goals
Dedication to follow-up with strong customer service approach
Drive to stand out in an entrepreneurial team environment
Self-starter with outstanding written and oral communication skills
Desire to learn, work within a team, adhere to best practices and respect legal requirements
Internet savvy with solid computer literacy
B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
Accounting or finance knowledge, a plus
