We are also looking for IT Staffing Managers / Recruiters with recent IT Staffing / Recruiting experience for the following PEAK Branch Locations:

Irvine, CA
Chicago, IL
Philadelphia, PA


Staffing Manager / Recruiter responsibilities Include:
Proactively recruiting and qualifying candidates.
Maintaining communications with candidates, contract employees, and IT consultants.
Conducting candidate reference checks.
Receiving and filling Client Job Requisitions.
Scheduling candidate interviews.
Maintaining updated candidate profile information in the candidate database.

REQUIREMENTS



The Qualified Staffing Manager / Recruiter Candidate Must:

Be Team Oriented.
Have a strong work ethic.
Have a four-year Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Be Commission Driven
Have Direct Placement Experience
The Staffing Manager must have 2-5 years of Experience in the Engineering Staffing Industry.
The IT Staffing Manager must have 2-5 years of Experience in the IT / Technical Staffing Industry with IT Staff Augmentation experience.
